Everything began to take shape when we came across the work of Frederic Laloux and his book “Reinventing Organizations.” There, we discovered not only a clear critique of traditional models but also a bold vision of what organizations can become: livingspaces based on trust, continuous evolution, and shared purpose.
Inspired by the organizational paradigms described by Laloux - from authoritarian and hierarchical systems to Teal Organizations, which operate based on self-management, wholeness, and evolutionary purpose - we understood that our role was not simply to support change processes…
